An assignment now exists on the County's MAP team for:



REGISTERED NURSE III- Per Diem



$38.00 Per Hour



We are seeking Registered Nurses to perform the full range of professional nursing duties for patients and their families in an acute care facility, healthcare home/clinic, mental health facility or Department of Health programs.



In addition to one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care hospital or health care agency, possession of a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of California is required. Registered Nurse III Per Diems perform professional nursing duties in the care of patients in either a designated acute care or a non-acute care assignment in a County department, as well as assist physicians and carry out their orders. Registered Nurse III - Per Diems have knowledge of current principles, techniques, and procedures used in professional nursing and federal, state and local laws and regulations governing professional aspects of nursing. Ability to perform the full range of nursing duties and responsibilities and establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, patients, and fellow employees is required.
